Espen Arntzen

Daglig leder

Espen is the founder of AFPT. He graduated in 1998 from the Scandinavian College of Naprapathic Manual Medicine and has a wide range of international cerifications from practitioners and institutes like Charles Poliquin, Paul Chek, Athletes Performance and International Sports And Sciences Association along with other courses within nutrtion and coaching.

He has worked with education and lecturing both nationaly and internationally since 1994 and has been a consultant for a range of health and exercise related enterprises and publications. He started his first company in 1994 and has over 20 years experience teaching within the field of exercise, health and nutrition.

Experience

• 26 years as a Personal Trainer
• 11 years clinical manual therapy work as a Naprapath
• Former competetor in Athletic Fitness with 2 national titles. (2000, 2002)
• Worked with Norwegian national team for swimming, horse jumping, track and field, football and icehockey. 

In 2013 Espen and his wife started the foundation "Healthy Kids" which donates to childrens health and wellbeing as well as delivering educational programs to the same audience.
